Get Involved at CU Anschutz

The Office of Student Affairs recognizes interdisciplinary student clubs and organizations. Any interdisciplinary student organization wishing to be a recognized student organization at CU Anschutz should acquaint themselves with the policy below and complete thCU Anschutz Club/Organization Advisor Recognition Renewal and the CU Anschutz Club/Organization Recognition Renewal.

Organization Renewal

Student organizations are required to renew their recognition each year July 1- August 14. Renewal In order to complete the recognition process, each organization will need to confirm three (3) officers and one (1) faculty/staff advisor, as well as upload their constitution/by-laws. All CU Denver student organizations require a non-discrimination clause in their constitution.

Planning an Event

If you would like to host an in-person event on campus with more than 45 people, fill out the APPLICATION TO HOST AN IN-PERSON ACTIVITY FORM first. 

Your request to host a meeting will receive a response within 48 hours.  Reservation requests submitted via EMS may be waitlisted until official approval as been received.  Please note that rooms will be assigned based on campus space guidelines and availability. 

Please understand your meeting is not approved until you have received confirmation from Technology Support Services. 

Once you are approved please fill out the Student Org Event Request form.
