WoodGrain Bagels is built on doing the basics right—fresh, hand-rolled bagels made daily, boiled in honey water and baked in a wood-fired oven. Our menu is designed for the full day, with all-day breakfast, loaded breakfast burritos, stacked deli sandwiches, fresh salads, and a lineup of snacks and house-made pastries, along with a wide selection of hot and cold grab-and-go options. Whether you have five minutes or need a full lunch break, we’ve got you. From a quick coffee with Boxcar Coffee Roasters to a complete meal, everything we make is rooted in simple, honest ingredients and made to order—easy, consistent, and ready when you are.

T-Street Kitchen, located in the southeast corner of the first floor of the new Anschutz Health Sciences Building (AHSB), is a contemporary but casual full-service American restaurant serving up breakfast, lunch and dinner favorites alongside a full bar program. Owned and operated by a local family-run hospitality group, Vibe Concepts has been built for over three decades on the core principles of customer service, quality and community. Whether grabbing a breakfast burrito to go, setting up a catered banquet event or simply unwinding after a long day with a glass of wine at happy hour, the team at T-Street Kitchen is excited to be serving up quality to guests from throughout the CU Anschutz community.
