Event Planning

Steps to plan your event:

  1. Fill out the Student Org. Event Support Request form with student engagement 8+ weeks before event.
    1. Affiliated organizations can also reach out to their responsible office.
  2. When you have been approved by the form above, request a room reservation on the EMS Reservation system.
    1. Reservation requests submitted via EMS may be waitlisted until official approval as been received.
    2. Please understand your meeting is not approved until you have received confirmation from Technology Support Services/ EMS.
  3. If requesting funds from Student Senate, fill out senate request funds form.
