2026-2027 Forms
For Fall 2026, Spring 2027 and Summer 2027. Find the task you need, then open the form.
Raise Your Budget
If your costs are higher than your standard cost of attendance, you can ask us to review your budget.
Review Your Income or Status
If your income has dropped or your family situation is unusual, we can take a second look through special circumstances.
Change Your Loan Amount
Reduce, cancel or request more of a loan. Returning loan funds after they pay out has a 45-day window.
Appeal a Loss of Eligibility
If you no longer meet Satisfactory Academic Progress standards, you can appeal to have your aid reinstated.
Share Your Information
We need your written consent before we can discuss your record with anyone else.
Work-Study and Employee Benefits
Request a work-study award, or use the tuition benefit if you work for CU.
