The College Opportunity Fund (COF) provides a tuition stipend to eligible undergraduate Colorado residents attending public colleges and universities in Colorado.
To receive the stipend, students must:

If you owe the university an outstanding balance, a financial stop may be placed on your student record. This stop can prevent:

*** Enrollment is allowed if your prior term balance is less than $1,500. If your balance is $1,500 or more, the balance must be paid below $1,500. The entire amount must be paid in full for the financial stop to be removed.
All students who register for classes at CU Denver | Anschutz Medical Campus agree to the Tuition and Fee Agreement Disclosure during registration in UCDAccess.
I need to order a transcript, but I owe a past-due balance.
In compliance with Colorado House Bill 22-1049, you can complete a Transcript Hold Appeal Form to request that CU Denver | Anschutz Medical Campus review your circumstances for the release of your transcript.
