Loan Details

Who Can Apply?

Meet federal student aid eligibility requirements
Show financial need
Be enrolled full-time in the MD, DDS, or PharmD program
Not be in default on federal aid, and meet SAP standards

Rate & Repayment

4% fixed interest
Deferred while you are full-time. Repayment starts 12 months after you drop below full-time
$25 minimum monthly payment, up to 6 years to repay
No penalty to prepay

Cancellation & Deferment

May be canceled for death or permanent disability, or if you practice in a designated Colorado shortage area. May be deferred for active-duty military service. See your promissory note for details.
