The University of Colorado Denver | Anschutz Medical Campus pre-qualifies contractors yearly for inclusion​ in the Small Construction Purchase Program (SCPP).  
 

Small Construction Purchase Program Approved Contractors:

There are four basic types of work that are bid under this program:
  1. Existing space with adjacent occupancy
  2. Existing space without adjacent occupancy
  3. New construction space with adjacent occupancy
  4. General infrastructure repairs and upgrades.
This program pre-qualifies the following types of contractors:
  1. General Contractors
  2. Mechanical Contractors
  3. Plumbing Contractors
  4. Electrical Contractors
  5. Asbestos Abatement

Request for Proposals open only to the SCPP contractors will include projects with a contract value range of $25,000 to $500,000.  Specialty types of construction may be excluded from this program.
