The University of Colorado Denver parking program is available to staff and faculty on a space available basis. Availability may vary based on current demand for parking permits.
Monthly permit parking is based on a calendar month.
New accounts are pro-rated on a half calendar month basis only for reserved, daytime, tandem and full-time parking permits.
Parking is paid monthly via a payroll deduction. Please use the forms on this page to request new parking, cancel, or make changes to existing parking permits. Permit must be submitted before the 10th of the month at 12pm, to begin parking that month.
Parking audits are conducted monthly. If you are a part-time parker, please note that exceeding your allotted days will result in an email notification from us, and additional charges may be applied to your billing.
Under no circumstances is parking access transferable. Tailgating will result in an immediate revocation of parking privileges.
