Identity Management Maintenance

May 20-23, 2025

As part of ongoing efforts to improve user experience and enhance IT security, the Identity Management team will be migrating a key system to the cloud from May 20 to 23. There is no impact expected for existing university users, though new student and employee accounts assigned during this time will be created after this maintenance window. ISS and OIT are working with multiple departments and vendors campuswide to implement this migration quickly and effectively. Data Integration Requests

Category: Data Services SSO Audience: Faculty Researchers Staff
A file or data integration for the use and delivery of user data managed or generated through OIT, including information obtained from the HCM and Campus Solution systems, can be requested by completing a data integration request. All data integration requests require the explicit approval of the relevant Data Owners.
Data Integration Request
Access, use and distribution of the requested data must strictly follow the data integration request process and guidelines. A Data Integration request can be submitted using the Data Access and Integration Request form.
