The Event Management Software (EMS) is the university's tool for scheduling rooms and event services on both the CU Anschutz and CU Denver campuses. The EMS Modernization Project will transform and elevate our space and event scheduling services for an improved user experience.
The EMS Modernization Project is focused on achieving three primary goals.
The updated EMS will offer a streamlined and simplified reservation processes.
The updated EMS will enable more efficient support and reduce the need to contact the OIT Service Desk.
The updated EMS will provide enhanced security during sign-on and overall to protect both you and the university.

The project team is currently working to modernize the EMS infrastructure while also engaging users for feedback to improve processes and workflow.

Starting the week of February 16, 2026, enhancements will be made to EMS that will simplify access, streamline reservations, and keep information more accurate across the system. See the EMS Updates website for more details about these changes.
