Streamlined EMS Scheduling for Videoconference Services - Coming Soon!

Videoconference and webinar services will soon be available to request as part of the room reservation process in the EMS Room Scheduling System. This change will streamline event reservations and contribute to a better overall experience when using EMS.
Don’t worry – all previously submitted videoconference and webinar service requests will remain in EMS and will NOT need to be resubmitted. Lead times for making videoconference service requests also will remain the same and must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance.
