As part of ongoing efforts to improve user experience and enhance IT security, the Identity Management team will be migrating a key system to the cloud from May 20 to 23. There is no impact expected for existing university users, though new student and employee accounts assigned during this time will be created after this maintenance window. ISS and OIT are working with multiple departments and vendors campuswide to implement this migration quickly and effectively. New Audiovisual Technical Assistance Pricing Model

Starting July 1, 2025, ISS is introducing a new flat rate of $48 for AV technical assistance and setup services for classroom and event support. This change models more closely the support that is requested by our university community for these events and services and allows for our teams to schedule in a more efficient manner allowing us to serve our customers at a higher level meeting the unique requirements of each event. It also allows them to stay a few minutes after the event's start time to ensure everything runs smoothly without needing to leave early for the next event.
Overall, these changes will enhance the accuracy and comprehensiveness of our services, benefiting all campus users.
