CCC Verify for employment verification should be utilized as the primary employment verification system. HR can provide start date, end date, position held, and salary, if requested. The University of Colorado Denver | Anschutz Medical Campus Learning & Development unit is responsible for the design and delivery of professional development programs for all university faculty and staff. We provide courses on a wide variety of topics including professional development opportunities, interpersonal skills, manager competencies, and targeted topics specific to the University.
The Employee Relations and Performance (ERP) Department offers consulting services, support, and referrals to employees, supervisors, and managers who need assistance with policy interpretation and application, performance management, organizational consulting, ADA compliance, leave information, and crisis /emergency resources.

We care about our employees and their privacy and, whenever possible, will keep their information and inquiries confidential. State and federal law requires that certain information be kept confidential. In contrast, some information is considered an open record under the law and must be disclosed upon proper request. In cases where University policies or the law require disclosure, the safety of our faculty, staff, students or others is compromised, or there is a compelling business reason, Human Resources will also use appropriate discretion in disclosing employee information to those who have a legitimate need to know. Employees with additional questions about confidentiality are encouraged to ask us for clarification on a case-by-case basis and to use the confidential services of the campus Ombuds Office.
