My Student Support Program (My SSP) is now available to CU Anschutz Students and Residents, offering free online mental health counseling and support resources. My SSP offers virtual, chat, and call options to connect students with counseling services, anytime, anywhere.

My SSP connects you to free, confidential mental health and wellbeing support, with options of using the My SSP app, telephone, or web.

  2. Open and proceed through the initial prompts
  3. Set up your Profile by selecting CU Anschutz and review the terms of use and consent
  4. If you are interested in wellness tips, accept push notifications
  5. You are ready to use My SSP!
