AV Services Reserved in EMS

In addition to the services below, OIT offers AV System Design which is a service that facilitates the design and integration of audiovisual systems across campuses. This includes new systems and design changes to existing systems. The team provides consulting services that take the project from inception to completion.

AV service requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance.

Daytime (business hours): M-F, 6 AM - 6 PM

After Hours (and weekend): M-F after 6pm and weekends

Duration minimums for services:

• Daytime
  • Core Courses: 1 hour minimum, 30 minute increments thereafter
  • Internal Customers: 1 hour minimum, 30 minute increments thereafter
  • Commercial Customers: 6 hour minimum
• After Hours
  • Core Courses: 4 hour minimum, 30 minute increments thereafter
  • Internal Customers: 4 hour minimum, 30 minute increments thereafter
  • Commercial Customers: 8 hour minimum
