As part of ongoing efforts to improve user experience and enhance IT security, the Identity Management team will be migrating a key system to the cloud from May 20 to 23. There is no impact expected for existing university users, though new student and employee accounts assigned during this time will be created after this maintenance window. ISS and OIT are working with multiple departments and vendors campuswide to implement this migration quickly and effectively. Microsoft Planner tasks can be managed from within the Teams interface or by going to the Planner web interface. Tasks can be assigned to one or more team members with progress status, due dates and checklists.
Microsoft Planner can be accessed either through Outlook, Teams or Planner from the online web application.
