Manage project and operational work for a variety of teams sizes with this cloud-based portfolio and workforce management solution.

Types of Plans/Licenses

Enterprise Licenses

$27 per user, per month ($324 annually).

Various add-ons available to support onboarding and adoption including ClickUp Assist Live.  

ClickUp Assist Live 1:1 Training with an Expert - $3,000 a year and includes:  

  • Exclusive access to 2 live workshops per month covering a multitude of workflows 
  • Each live workshop is a 1-hour discussion featuring template application, implementation, best practices, and Q&A 
  • Exclusive early access to live new feature webinars 
  • Unlimited access to ClickUp University Resources 
  • 2-hours per month with a ClickUp Expert to optimize workflows from the featured workshops 
  • Recommendations to optimize your workflows using our pre-built solution templates and best practices. 
  • Reviews of workflows you intend to implement from any of the featured workshops 
  • Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): A 1-hour meeting with a ClickUp representative to review your strategic objectives, ClickUp adoption metrics, and outline goals with the next steps for a continued partnership. 

Enterprise Plus Plan

Large teams of 50 users or more are eligible for the Enterprise Plus Plan, which includes ClickUp’s AI capability and dedicated hours from their strategic services team to support any of your onboarding needs including workflow creation, training, and consultation.

$33 per a user, per a month ($396 annually).

    Each option above requires an annual commitment and a separate purchase order request. Note: Risk and Compliance reviews have been recently completed.

    A few key features include:  

    • Conditional formatting for form creation  
    • SSO (Single Sign-On), which simplifies the login process and meets security requirements  
    • Time tracking for tasks  
    • Advanced security and permissions settings  
    • A whiteboard feature (similar to Miro) to support virtual collaboration  

    To request one of the above options and/or learn more, please visit our online Service Center and submit a request. 

    • Click "Submit Request".
    • Log in with your university credentials.
    • Select "Software and Applications".
    • Select "ClickUp".
    • Submit “New” service request.
