Goals for Conference Room and Classroom Modernization Project: Standardize, Simplify, Replace, Educate, and Strategize.

The Office of Information Technology (OIT) is focused on the university’s strategic initiatives and technology infrastructure priorities and will be regularly sharing out project updates beginning this month with the Conference Room and Classroom Modernization initiative.

Our team will continue to hold these valuable conversations as we increase cross-campus engagement and strengthen our commitment to creating a standardization of practices including:

Implementing our new project and operational portfolio management (POPM) tool to provide visibility into the work we’re doing in support of our shared strategic initiatives
Redesigning the OIT website to boost our customer-centric focus and make the site easier to navigate for a better visitor experience
Meeting regularly with key campus partners to discuss high-priority projects, service delivery processes, and how we can best serve our customers
