As we approach the fiscal year end, it is also time for you to renew the software license(s) you have purchased with the Office of Information Technology (OIT). This year, the process to renew your license(s), specifically Adobe and BioRender, will be changing in order to migrate all active licenses into our new, more efficient and user friendly, CU Denver | Anschutz OnTheHub Software Store.  

We heard your feedback regarding our previous service request system and have launched OnTheHub as an easy-to-use alternative. Current users with an active license will receive an email on June 18, 2025, from OIT Billing, notifying you it is time to renew your annual license(s) with step-by-step directions. You will be required to submit a renewal request and provide a valid SpeedType through the CU Denver | Anschutz OnTheHub Software Store. To log into OnTheHub, you’ll need your university username and password.   

To maintain uninterrupted service with your applications, please utilize the renewal period for these software licenses: June 19 through June 25, 2025. This is not the only time you will be able to renew. If you are not able to renew in the software store during this window, your license will be temporarily deactivated, but you can reactivate your license any time after June 25th and you will still be able to access your data.
