Thank you to everyone who joined or watched the recording of the training with Microsoft on using Copilot Chat. There was an extraordinary level of interest in this training which has allowed Information Strategy and Services (ISS) the opportunity to expand our resources and learning materials for using AI to support your work with the university.
Recording:If you missed the session or would like to review it again, the recording is on the OIT website under Technology Training.
FAQ: An FAQ has been developed based on the thoughtful questions raised during the training session. This is available on both Microsoft Copilot 365 and Copilot Chat webpages.
If you have any additional questions not specified in the FAQ, please reach out to the OIT Service Desk.
Comparison Page: We are iterating on how our tools and services are featured on the OIT website to showcase the variations between similar services. Microsoft Copilot 365 is a paid annual license, but Copilot Chat is free with your university-provided Microsoft account. Visit the Comparison Guide for AI Toolsto learn more about the features available in these applications to help you determine which version will best support your work.
You can learn more about using AI at the university on the ISS websiteand the new AI Literacywebpage.
