Learn about transfer credit standards and policies at CU Anschutz

Pursuant to SB-24-164 and CO Rev Stat § 23-5-150 (2024), the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus reviews and responds to all requests for transfer credit evaluation within 30 calendar days. Courses must meet minimum transfer standards and specific transfer credit policies unique to each program. Transfer credit requests not initially accepted may be appealed through the program’s advising office. If a dispute cannot be resolved between the student and CU Anschutz, a student is at liberty to file a formal complaint with the Colorado Department of Higher Education.
