How to Apply for Graduation

Apply for Graduation

Once you have verified that you're on track to graduate, use your UCDAccess student portal to apply for graduation:

  1. Once logged in, go to your Student Center tile

  2. Select My Academics under Academics

  3. Click Apply for Graduation

Please note: Your Intent to Graduate Form needs to be submitted between the first day of school and the last day to drop/add classes of the term you intend to graduate.

Important Notes Regarding Diplomas and Graduation

  • Watch for information concerning transcripts, diplomas, Commencement, etc., via email through your CU Anschutz account following the acceptance of your graduation application.

  • Effective Spring 2020-forward: Diplomas for degrees conferred at Anschutz Medical Campus are automatically mailed to the diploma address indicated on the graduation application. For diplomas awarded prior to Spring 2020, please email Registrar@CUAnschutz.edu.

  • In addition to the physical copy of the diploma, students can order a digital copy, known as a CeDiploma. Additional information on obtaining a certified electronic diploma is available here.
  • Replacement and display diplomas are available for order; pricing information appears here.
