HEAL FAIR RECRUITMENT PRACTICES CERTIFICATE PROGRAM

The HEAL Fair Recruitment Practices Certificate Program includes a review of challenges to fair recruitment processes, establishing mission-aligned recruitment practices, and evidence-based strategies to ensure a fair recruitment process.

The HEAL Fair Recruitment Practices Certificate Program is comprised of 4 modules, 90 minutes each, and delivered in-person. Successful completion of all four modules taken in order will lead to a certificate of completion. This program is open to all CU Anschutz faculty and staff. 

We will facilitate each session multiple times throughout the year, and you can register by following these instructions (we are consistently adding new dates to Skilsoft Percipio for this series; please check there for our upcoming sessions). If you have already completed the Certificate Program and would like to retrieve or download your certificate, please carefully follow this step-by-step guide in order to do so.
