HEAL FAIR RECRUITMENT PRACTICES CERTIFICATE PROGRAM

The HEAL Fair Recruitment Practices Certificate Program includes a review of challenges to fair recruitment processes, establishing mission-aligned recruitment practices, and evidence-based strategies to ensure a fair recruitment process.

The HEAL Fair Recruitment Practices Certificate Program is comprised of 4 modules, 90 minutes each, and delivered in-person. While we do strongly encourage participants to take all the sessions in order, all training sessions can be taken individually and out of order. Participants receive a certificate when all four sessions are successfully completed. Successful completion of all four modules will lead to a certificate of completion. This program is open to all CU Anschutz faculty and staff. 

We will facilitate each session multiple times throughout the year, and you can register by following these instructions (we are consistently adding new dates to Skilsoft Percipio for this series; please check there for our upcoming sessions). If you have already completed the Certificate Program and would like to retrieve or download your certificate, please carefully follow this step-by-step guide in order to do so.
