The Office of Educational Outreach and Pathway Initiatives, under the Office of Access and Engagement at CU Anschutz, supports programs and initiatives that engage diverse communities. This work aligns with the University of Colorado Anschutz’s mission in education, healthcare, research, and community service.

The mission of the Office of Educational Outreach and Pathway is to provide sustained, comprehensive programs across all educational levels to promote access and increase the number of underresourced populations in healthcare, STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics), and research professions.
The vision of the Office of Educational Outreach and Pathway Initiatives is to expand participation in healthcare, STEAM, and research fields. The office also supports the development of future professionals and helps address gaps in access and outcomes across communities.
