This program offers a unique opportunity to learn what it truly means to work in healthcare, not by observing, but by doing.

Using simulation-based training, participants will engage in real-world clinical scenarios that require critical thinking, teamwork, and decision-making. You’ll collaborate with others to assess patients, respond to emergencies, and navigate complex care situations in a safe, supportive learning environment.

• Work through realistic patient cases, including trauma and emergency response
• Collaborate in interprofessional teams
• Explore a variety of healthcare roles and career pathways
• Practice communication, problem-solving, and clinical reasoning skills
