The Building Opportunities for Networking and Development Peer-to-Peer (BOND P2P) Mentoring Program is designed to increase access to mentorship for all staff and faculty on the CU Anschutz campus. Our goal is to increase access to mentorship for all staff and faculty on the CU Anschutz Medical Campus. BOND P2P is different than a traditional hierarchical mentoring relationship in that participants are paired based on similar career stages or professional interests, similar affinities or affiliations and/or life circumstances and provide mentorship to each other. All eligible applicants (staff and faculty of CU Anschutz) will be accepted into the BOND P2P Mentoring Program. We will do our best to match everyone who applies.
- Matching will begin in November 2026 and then will occur periodically after that
- The first quarterly networking event will be on December 9, 2026, 2 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. Light refreshments will be served
- Subsequent quarterly networking events will take place on the second Wednesdays of the month in March, June, September, and December
