Learning and Development

The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus Learning & Development unit is responsible for the design and delivery of professional development programs for all university faculty and staff. We provide courses on a wide variety of topics including professional development opportunities, interpersonal skills, manager competencies, and targeted topics specific to the university.

Our strategy is to provide professional and leadership development at all levels that is linked directly to supporting the university’s Mission, Vision, and Values; as well as, the promotion and execution of development programs at all career stages.

Skillsoft Update

The university will update the Skillsoft training platform, which hosts CU’s custom training courses and mandatory learning, along with a robust library of professional certifications, prep courses, digital books and audiobooks. The new platform, Skillsoft Percipio, will offer an enhanced user navigation experience, an expanded library and more tailored learning options for your needs.

The second half of the session will be more “workshop” style to be used for discussion and question-and-answer. This session is intended to further discussions from, “Working with Employees with Heath Conditions”, and to foster conversations about the workplace/current issues you might face.
