Bio: Debbie started with the University in March of 2018. Prior to joining the University, Debbie worked in the heavy industrial construction industry leading internal professional development initiatives, employee coaching, curriculum design, and course facilitation. She attended the University of Colorado Denver Campus where she received her undergraduate degree in business followed by an MBA with an emphasis in HR and organizational learning. In addition, she completed a master’s degree in organizational development and curriculum design through CSU-Global.

Overall, Debbie has more than 20 years of experience that includes developing high-performing teams, designing and launching talent development initiatives, and designing and delivering high-impact learning solutions. Debbie has a strong passion for learning and taking what she learns and helping others grow and develop personally and professionally.

Her educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and Spanish as well as an MBA from Illinois State University. She has worked in higher education for 8+ years. Bio: Andrea began her journey at the University of Colorado at Anschutz campus as a Strategy and Innovations Project Coordinator for the Colorado Center for Personalized Medicine on the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of projects. Prior to joining the University, she worked at the Office of Behavioral Health Strategies for the City and County of Denver as a Special Projects Coordinator on various projects supporting vulnerable citizens in Denver. Andrea spent over a decade at a Denver-based non-profit OpenWorld Learning (OWL) providing educational enrichment STEM programming to low-income mainly Hispanic youth throughout the greater Denver area, first as a program manager and ultimately program director. She attended the University of Colorado Denver Campus where she received her undergraduate degree in Psychology. She recently completed a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership with a Project Management emphasis from Regis University’s Anderson College of Business. 

Andrea has well over a decade of experience leading programs, managing a diverse portfolio of projects, developing program content and facilitation, staff development and tracking data to enhance business intelligence. She has a strong passion for working with diverse and often underserved communities to create equitable and inclusive environments.

Throughout his career, he has created and overseen the implementation of corporate improvement strategies, including business process analysis, strategic planning implementation & tracking frameworks, KPI/OKR development and reporting, workforce planning, training and development systems integrations, and the rollout of enterprise-wide project management.  Allen has a BA in Psychology from Rockhurst University, an MBA from the University of Missouri – Kansas City, and an MS in Leadership and Organizational Development from the University of Texas - Dallas.

She holds an undergraduate degree in sociology and a master's degree in education from Truman State University. She also earned a master’s certificate in autism spectrum disorders from the University of Kansas. Katherine is enthusiastic about applying her experience to advance professional development and community engagement at the CU Denver/Anschutz Medical Campus, reflecting her passion for inclusive learning environments.

He enjoys supporting educators and content creators with their design ideas and development projects.
