ABOUT THE POSTDOCTORAL ASSOCIATION
MISSION
The University of Colorado Denver | Anschutz Medical Campus Postdoctoral Association (PDA) was formed to address the needs and concerns of postdocs by promoting advocacy, supporting career development, and building community.
We are a chartered member of the National Postdoc Association and support all postdocs at the Anschutz and Downtown campuses.
CHARTER
The PDA is a chartered member of the National Postdoc Association.
This charter defines:
- The purpose of the organization
- Membership within the PDA
- Positions on the executive council and elections thereof
- PDA committees
- Departmental Representative Program
- Faculty/Staff advising
- PDA Meetings
- Voting
- Collaborations with other organizations
Any proposed changes to this charter must be formally discussed and voted on by the members of the PDA.
MEETING MINUTES
The PDA Executive Council meets monthly to plan events, discuss advocacy goals, and set future objectives. As per the PDA Charter, minutes from each meeting are uploaded to this website to promote transparency and allow the community to follow our progress.
