Our People

The CU Anschutz Police Department is led by Chief Matthew Harris and is organized into four key divisions, in addition to the Administrative Section, which oversees Business Services, Accreditation, and Information Technology.

Law Enforcement Operations, under the direction of Deputy Chief Louis Perea, encompasses Patrol Operations, Investigations and Professional Standards, and Campus Security.

Electronic Security, led by Director Greg Sullivan, includes the management of Electronic Security Systems and the Security Badging Office.

Emergency Management, overseen by Director Garrey Martinez, is responsible for coordinating campus-wide planning and preparedness initiatives.

Support Services, is comprised of the Emergency Communications Center, led by Interim Director Amber Parvin; and the Records, Property/Evidence and Clery Compliance sections, led by Interim Director Frances Norton.
