Microsoft Planner is a Microsoft 365 task management feature which is integrated with Microsoft Teams. Planner allows members of a Microsoft Team to quickly create buckets and tasks to organize and assign work.
Welcome to Microsoft Planner
Microsoft Planner tasks can be managed from within the Teams interface or by going to the Planner web interface. Tasks can be assigned to one or more team members with progress status, due dates and checklists.

To Access Planner
Microsoft Planner can be accessed either through Outlook, Teams or Planner from the online web application.
To access from the web application:
- Launch and bookmark https://tasks.office.com/.
- You can also navigate to it by logging into the Outlook web app (https://outlook.office.com/), select the app launcher at the top-left and select Planner.
To access from Microsoft Teams:
Click on the three dots on the left-hand panel to View more apps and search for Planner.
