The CU Anschutz Event Services Program is a resource to the campus community to navigate the complexities of planning events on campus. We provide consultation services and guidance on adhering to campus policy, submitting space reservations, securing campus services and more.
These recommended checklists are inclusive of tasks large and small so planners can consider the components of their event and if the following steps are applicable. Select the event checklist that applies best to your event type.

Do you regularly organize meetings and events on the CU Anschutz Medical Campus or at off-campus venues?
The Campus Event Organizers Group is for anyone who has that responsibility, regardless of whether it is included in your official job title or duties. The group meets regularly to share information and assist one another, and uses Teams to maintain a library of information designed to help everyone produce the most successful events possible. Regular trainings are also provided on policy and EMS so organizers can stay up to date on current guidance and technology.
The EMS Web App is the central scheduling tool for all room reservations and campus support services. The tool is administered by OIT. If you need assistance with your account, please email OIT-SchedulingServices@cuanschutz.edu to create a ticket with the OIT Service Desk. For urgent requests, please call 303-724-HELP to reach a Service Desk member.
