Events, conferences, and courses that collect a registration fee
from off-campus participants (e.g. CME courses, conferences, etc.) will incur a
room rental charge according to the fee schedule (PDF). This is
applicable to all large venues, open spaces and outdoor areas.
External agency event reservations (in conjunction with an
approved internal co-sponsor) incur charges for all requested spaces.
*Does not apply to credit-bearing courses, Student
Affairs-approved student group functions, Advancement events, or pre-collegiate
programs.
