New Service Portal and Ticket System: Status Update

Information Strategy and Services (ISS) and Denver Office of Information Technology (OIT) launched our new service and ticketing portal on April 27th. The new Service Portal replaces the former OIT Service Center as a single point of entry for all your technology service needs including requesting new applications or services, getting help, or utilizing self-service options and knowledge base articles.
We are continuing to iterate based on your feedback to ensure the Service Portal is tailored to your needs. We have developed materials to assist you with this change, please review the following for help navigating the new portal:
