Populations Experiencing Homelessness & Pandemic Implications

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a dramatic, deleterious impact on populations experiencing homelessness in Colorado. In this presentation, we will describe facets/conditions of homelessness and persons at-risk for homelessness with a focus on youth, young adults, and adults/older adults. We will explore the unique conditions that have occurred during the pandemic to challenge the status quo of the homeless experience and how social services are delivered to individuals/families.
