Take Part: Campus & Workplace Survey Coming Monday

Dear students, faculty and staff,

On Monday, October 18, our campus will launch a Campus & Workplace Culture Survey, and we encourage you to take part. A link to the survey will arrive in your campus email inbox from cwcsurvey@cuanschutz.edu, and the survey will be live through November 19.

Please set aside a few moments to share your experiences by taking the confidential survey. Completing the survey takes only about 10 to 20 minutes, you can complete it at your own pace, and strict data safeguards are in place to keep your responses confidential and secure.

By taking part in the survey, you not only make your voice heard, but you also make a meaningful impact. Every survey completed helps unlock a portion of $15,000 in incentive funding that will directly support five groups serving our campus and community. The higher the campus participation rate, the more funding we are able to provide. Learn more about the incentive pool and the groups that will benefit from your participation in the survey.

Your perspective is crucial. The goal of this effort is to gain a deeper understanding of our campus culture, while also learning about your experiences and feelings of belonging, respect, support and value. The greater the participation, the more information that will be available to help us align our campus-wide strategic initiatives and opportunities for the future. This effort is being led by the Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Community Engagement and the Office of Institutional Research and Effectiveness, and our survey is part of a broader effort underway on all four CU campuses.

Watch for your invitation to participate in your inbox next week. You can learn more about the Campus & Workplace Culture Survey on the survey website.

Thank you for helping CU Anschutz in our efforts to foster an inclusive and equitable campus environment, and create an enriching place to work, learn and serve.

Sincerely,

Don Elliman
Chancellor, CU Anschutz
