Don Elliman became chancellor of the CU Anschutz Medical Campus in 2012. Under his leadership, the campus has achieved record-high levels of research funding, student enrollment, clinical outpatient visits, philanthropy and university revenues.

Chancellor Elliman has set a goal for the campus: to provide the finest medical care in the world, to push the science behind that care to new horizons, and to train those who will deliver that care in the future. He has established five strategic priorities toward achieving this goal.

"Everything we do, all of it, matters for the simple reason that it’s in service of people: finding the next cure, improving the lives of our patients, and teaching future health professionals to do the same.”
