Microsoft 365 offers several tools for management of individual and team tasks. These tools integrate across Microsoft 365 to make it easier to work with tasks across Outlook, OneNote and Teams. Click on full details and read further to learn more about To Do.
Welcome to Microsoft Tasks/To Do
To Do is a task management app for management of individual task across devices. To Do offers a web client, a client for Mac and Windows and mobile devices for iOS and Android. Your tasks are stored in your Outlook mailbox, so they are accessible from any device.

- Flagged email as tasks: Emails flagged in Outlook will automatically become tasks in Microsoft To Do.
- Assigned tasks: You can assign tasks to any member of a shared list, including yourself.
- List groups: You can create list groups to organize your lists.
To Access
Microsoft To Do can be accessed:
- Via the web version.
- At Microsoft 365 Office. Sign in with your university email address. Select the app launcher at the top-left under all apps or scroll down on the page to find To Do.
- In the Outlook desktop app.
- On the To Do desktop app
- iOS and Android app
