You might have a free RTD pass that you're not using!

Did you know that a free RTD pass is included with a CU Anschutz parking permit?
RTD's EcoPass is an employee benefit for staff and faculty. This transit pass gives you unlimited rides on fixed-route bus, commuter rail, and light rail. EcoPass is accessed via RTD’s MyRide app – simply activate your pass, scan a QR code when you board, and enjoy the journey. Whether you’re commuting to campus on the bus or taking the train to DIA for your summer vacation, EcoPass lets you ride for free.
How to get started
- To activate your EcoPass, submit a new parking application. If you already have a parking permit, please select your current permit and the "EcoPass" option when submitting the application.
- Once submitted, download RTD's MyRide application and create an account.
- The CU Parking Office will link your EcoPass to your MyRide Barcode, and you will receive an email once your Eco Pass is active.
- Simply scan your MyRide Barcode to ride any RTD bus or rail service.
For more information and instructions on activating your Eco Pass, please visit the Anschutz Parking and Transportation website.
