On January 5, 2026, the non-clinical Faculty Consulting Program transitioned from CU Medicine to CU Anschutz Innovations. This change is designed to maintain the exemplary service currently provided while leveraging new tools and resources to improve efficiency, transparency, and deal quality for both faculty members and administrative staff.
Innovations was charged with prioritizing two things in the transition to manage the non-clinical faculty consulting program: maximizing value and improving efficiency.
We are moving the process from ContractLogix to Ironclad, a new contract lifecycle management software. This new platform offers improved transparency and tracking, customizable dashboards, automated approval tasks. We are also excited to be innovative partners on campus, using our intellectual property expertise to maximize IP value and maintain strong industry partnerships.
Existing agreements stay with CU Medicine through June 30, 2026. If billing continues beyond June 30, 2026, the agreement with get amended and transferred to Innovations. Existing rates will remain in place.
Any new agreements, including amendments, renewals, or new scopes of work, after January 5, 2026 will be submitted to Innovations.
