Brad serves as the Senior Staff Accountant at CU Innovations, where he oversees the financial management of license agreements in collaboration with university personnel and external partners. He is responsible for managing all incoming departmental finances and coordinating distributions to principal investigators (PIs). Brad also plays a key role in onboarding new vendors who support CU Innovations across a range of operational and strategic functions.

Before joining CU Innovations, Brad spent several years in North Africa providing financial and managerial oversight for an international organization. His work involved navigating financial systems across multiple languages and cultural contexts, enhancing his ability to manage complex, cross-border financial operations. With over 20 years of experience in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors, Brad brings a wealth of expertise in financial operations, organizational leadership, and international business environments.

Brad holds a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership (2009), a Master of Divinity (2005), and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (1995).
