Interprofessional Clinical Integrations (IPCI)

Students learning about healthcare

There are two parts in this component of the IPE experience at CU and they may occurs at different times for each student dependending on the needs of their program and their clinical placements.

Open Campus Program (CI-1)

Theme based, interprofessional programing events that features guest lectures, film series, trainings, seminars, workshops and opportunities to engage with other Anschutz Campus and community partners. An opportunity to engage in campus gatherings and professional development events while networking with interprofessional peers and colleagues

Clinical Integration (CI-2)

Clinical Integrations program provides the framework for students to gather feedback and improve their interprofessional team skills while completing their clinical training requirements for their health profession degree and includes two assessments:

  • The Interprofessional Student Assessment (ISA) - Practitioner's assessment of student performance 
  • The Interprofessional Collaborative Competencies Attainment Survey (ICCAS) - Student's self-assessment of performance
