The HOPE Program is an innovative statewide collaboration among all 6 Regional Colorado AHEC Centers. Each center develops and teaches a lesson to high school attendees in person in their own center live and virtually synchronously to all other Centers’ recruits. Students participate in sessions with students from all over Colorado every 4-6 weeks.
We encourage Sophomore, Junior, and Senior high school students (ages 14-17) from anywhere in Colorado who are interested in healthcare careers to apply for this program!

Complete three or more HOPE Program sessions to apply for Colorado AHEC's HOPE Institute Free Summer Camp July 26-August 1, 2026, at CU Colorado Springs (UCCS) and CU Anschutz.
Students must be under 18 as of August 1, 2026, to be eligible to participate in the 2026 HOPE Institute.
