Every January, COAHEC brings free health screenings and education directly to the people and communities of Colorado at the National Western Stock Show. Nearly 1,000 adults and children benefit from these services each year, including individuals and families from rural and underserved communities where access to healthcare can be limited.

The event brings together healthcare students, faculty, and staff from CU Anschutz and partner institutions to gain hands-on clinical experience while making a meaningful difference in the lives of Coloradans.

Who Can Volunteer?

• Health professions students and preceptor volunteers.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• No previous experience required—training provided!
• One or multiple shifts available.
