Identity Management Maintenance

May 20-23, 2025

As part of ongoing efforts to improve user experience and enhance IT security, the Identity Management team will be migrating a key system to the cloud from May 20 to 23. There is no impact expected for existing university users, though new student and employee accounts assigned during this time will be created after this maintenance window. ISS and OIT are working with multiple departments and vendors campuswide to implement this migration quickly and effectively. Voicemail Unified Messaging

Category: OIT - Categories Phones Audience: Faculty Staff Students
Unified Messaging voicemail capabilities, tied to a new or existing telephone (or telephones) as provided by the university. The telephone may be physical or virtual.
Request Unified Messaging

To request unified messaging voicemail, submit a service request to the OIT Service Center or email the Service Desk with your request. 

Directions to submit a service request via the OIT Service Center portal:

  • Click the Request Unified Messaging button above or go to the OIT Service Center  
  • Click "Login" in the upper right hand corner
  • Select "Make a Request"
  • Scroll down and choose "Phone Service"
  • Select Voicemail from the list of services
