ISS maintains a bulk mailing system commonly referred to as a List Server or “Listserv.” Users may subscribe to and unsubscribe from the lists as needed. Users or departments can maintain their own custom lists. The List Server also has mail-merge capabilities. Listservs are only for internal communications, all mass external communications need to go through eComm.
