AI tools can help you work more efficiently, support teaching and learning, and accelerate research. However, because university work often involves sensitive information, it's important to use only AI tools that have been reviewed for security, privacy, and compliance. 

To find approved AI tools: 

• Visit the AI Tool Comparison webpage to see tools supported by the university, what data classifications they can be used with, and how to request access. 
  
• Explore additional AI applications that are approved for use with university data on the Approved Software webpage. 
  
  • Search by category and select AI to view all AI software that has been reviewed for compliance, its approval status, and directions on how to get it. 
• Don't see the AI tool you want to use? There’s probably an approved tool that can accomplish the same task! Review the approved options first to see if one will fit your needs.
