    On February 18, 2026, the button to “Request Release” will be removed from the Microsoft notification email, and you will be directed to forward the notification from Microsoft with the Quarantined email listed that you would like released to the Service Desk.

    In fall of 2023 the university updated the requirements for taking the Information Security Awareness Percipio training. It is now required for all university employees (faculty and staff) to take this training every two years to maintain important campus security safeguards.

  • VMWare Horizon Rebrand to Omnissa Horizon

    ISS is happy to offer Remote Desktop Services (also known as End User Compute or virtual desktop) to our faculty and staff. Our Remote Desktop provider recently rebranded the service from VMWare Horizon to Omnissa Horizon. As we upgrade the various components of the environment, you will see the green VMWare Horizon icon replaced by a blue Omnissa Horizon Client icon among other branding updates. The cost and service will remain unchanged.
