Introducing TeamDynamix (TDX), New ISS Ticketing System
Replacing Cherwell Ticketing System
Mar 24, 2026
In April 2026, the current service system, Cherwell, is being transitioned to a new service management platform called TeamDynamix (TDX). Information Strategy and Services (ISS) and the Denver Office of Information Technology (OIT) have partnered with TDX to reimagine our service management platform for a better user experience and improve how customers experience IT services — not just how requests are submitted.
What is changing:
- The current ticketing system and service catalog will be replaced with TeamDynamix (TDX).
- A new Service Portal that will serve as a single point of entry for all ISS services.
- The Service Portal will have tools, a service catalog and a comprehensive knowledge base to help you get what you need all in one place.
- It will be a consistent, transparent, and customer-centered service experience with clear response and fulfillment times.
- There will be a new look with improved organization and searchability.
- All links on our website will be redirected from the current Cherwell platform to our new TDX portal by May 1, 2026.
- After launch, there will be rapid improvement cycles based on customer feedback to get the portal optimized before the 2026 academic year begins.
What is not changing:
- All active tickets will remain open and will be transferred to the new system. You will NOT lose progress with any assistance or help you are currently getting.
- We are still offering the same services and tools as before; they will now be easier to find and request.
ISS will continue to make improvements after launch based on your helpful feedback. Learn more about this project on our website and please contact the Service Desk if you have any questions.
