A Zoom Webinar allows you to connect and engage with large audiences, reducing the risk of disruptions for audiences who mostly join to listen and learn. Zoom Webinar licenses are available for up to 1,000 webinar participants.

Annual Rates for Regular Webinar Usage:

Zoom Webinar License for 1,000 participants | Order a Zoom Webinar for 1,000 participants from the OnTheHub software store. The cost is $3,400 per client / Core Education Course / per year. |
Hourly Usage Rates:
The cost for support is calculated on an hourly basis. Services include comprehensive technical support to ensure your webinar runs smoothly. This covers setup, troubleshooting and real-time assistance during the event.

Other Available University Options
In addition, Microsoft Teams live events provide tools to schedule webinar events and manage attendee registration as well. Microsoft Teams live events are enabled for all university staff, faculty and students. Live events provide similar functionality to a Zoom Webinar and does not require any additional cost to use. Click on the Calendar in Teams and click on the down arrow next to New meeting to view the Live event option.
